We have recently been alerted to fraudulent emails sent to clients that impersonate Pathfind Media. These emails are not from us.

Any communication regarding your domain(s), website, hosting, SEO, email, or related services will only ever be sent from an official @pathfindmedia.com email address.

If the email does not end in @pathfindmedia.com, it is not from us.

Fraudulent emails often include:

• Use of Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or other free email domains
• Slight spelling variations of our company name
• Urgent or threatening language regarding domain expiry, suspension, or outstanding payment
• Links requesting you to “verify” or “update” account details

What Pathfind Media will never do

We will never:

• Request passwords, sensitive information, or banking details via an unofficial email address
• Pressure you with threats of immediate suspension
• Ask you to click on unfamiliar third party payment links without prior discussion

What to do if you receive a suspicious email

If you receive an email that appears suspicious:

• Do not click on any links
• Do not download any attachments
• Do not reply to the sender
• Delete or block the email address where possible
